By the Gala Committee

Well-organized escapes to an exotic chateau; island retreats along with time at legendary golf and spa resorts; limited reserve wines; signed artwork; autographed items by luminary greats; designer jewels – and more — are exactly what revved-up the bidding finesse from over 300 hundred guests at the 7th Annual JSerra Catholic School Auction and Dinner Dance Gala on March 27, 2010. The fun-filled evening featured a four-course dinner, live band and spectacular auction opportunities – all dedicated to benefit one of Orange County’s leading schools, JSerra Catholic High School in San Juan Capistrano — rooted in a heritage of excellence and great academic leadership.

“Our Gala has become legendary throughout Orange County as one of the top, monumental events in support of a private school, “ stated Frank Talarico, President and CEO, JSerra Catholic High School. “Quite simply, it is thanks to the countless hours given by an outstanding troop of volunteers along with countless resources provided by gift-in-kind support from generous individuals, families and community businesses – that set the stage for this remarkable event.”

Every year private schools throughout the country hold benefit events to support their school budgets, helping with scholarships, capital and general expenses that need to be met that tuition does not cover. The 7th Annual Gala, is JSerra Catholic High School ’s annual all-school fundraiser and all monies go directly to support every student the school.

“We are deeply grateful for the very generous support given to our annual auction gala,” added Frank Talarico, “it is always a special evening when we come together as a community to support JSerra Catholic High School.”
